With top athletes saying the same thing, there is definitely something to having support in your corner to help you achieve your fitness goals. But you don’t need a whole entourage to cheer you on to make a difference. Sometimes, just the right person with an encouraging word or smile can give you that nudge of motivation.
Bringing a friend along can make all the difference in your workouts. From pushing you further, to trying new activities or, let’s face it, even motivating you to just go to the gym in the first place.
