Do you want to learn more about the Coquitlam YMCA?

Concert Properties is hosting an open house for properties located at 550 Cottonwood Avenue, 633 Whiting Way, 675 Whiting Way and 579 Smith Avenue. The proposed development at 579 Smith Street includes the new Coquitlam YMCA––a 60,000 square foot three-storey YMCA community, health, fitness and recreation facility.

Representatives from the YMCA will be present and available to show you the current building plans for the centre of community and answer any questions you may have.

There are two times available:

Open House 1 – Thursday, January 18th from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Open House 2 – Saturday, January 20th from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Event location: Coquitlam College Gymnasium, 516 Brookmere Avenue, Coquitlam
