We wanted to take a moment and thank all of our amazing What Really Matters capital campaign donors. This year, Giving Tuesday is on Nov. 30, 2021 – it is a day to do good. At the YMCA, we like to use the day to say thanks to our donors for supporting us and being community leaders who are stepping up to create safe places for people and programs. We are so appreciative of all of our generous community supporters.

On September 18^th, at the One Year Out to the new Coquitlam YMCA event, now known as the Bettie Allard YMCA, we spent the day celebrating our incredible WRM donors. A special shout out was given to donors who have given specifically to the Coquitlam YMCA, including Peter A. Allard; Robert H. Lee Foundation honouring the late Robert H. Lee and thanking Lily, Graham, Derek, Leslie and Carol Lee; RBC; the Spraggs family; BCMEA; and Fortis BC. We were fortunate to have many of these donors and more celebrating with us in-person at the event.

We are so very grateful to all of our WRM donors and our WRM volunteers, who are generous with their time as well as their treasure – we truly could not do this without you!
