We are excited to announce that RBC has joined us in bringing urgently needed life-enhancing programs and services to the community. Through RBC Future Launch, they are investing $500,000 in safe, connected and inclusive community programs and spaces to help ensure young people are better prepared for the future. 

On top of their incredible donation, RBC employees will be volunteering with the YMCA to lend their professional expertise in our employment training programs with youth.  

RBC Future Launch works with partners such as the YMCA to give youth greater access to skills development, networking, work experience and youth mental wellness programs and support services. RBC believes, as we do, that it is important to remove barriers and provide young people with the opportunity to be themselves, learn skills, share knowledge and build resilience.  

By investing in the YMCA, RBC is providing safe and caring spaces that connect vulnerable youth to positive adult role models and the community. RBC’s investment in the community will not only benefit this generation but will have a transformational impact on generations to come.
