There’s been a lot of progress with the What Really Matters Capital Campaign. As such, there’s a lot that’s new and exciting! Keep reading to stay in-the-know.

• The Chilliwack Community Campaign is a success: We did it! The new Chilliwack YMCA is finally open. Our official opening for this safe, inclusive space took place on February 18th, 2019. As such, a huge thank you goes out to the Chilliwack Community Cabinet for reaching their goal of $3 million! However, we still need your help to support the final completion of our centre of community. Would you consider donating? We will also be hosting public events to raise awareness during the final public phase of the Chilliwack Community Campaign. We hope to see you there! 
• Building permit application submitted: The new Coquitlam YMCA will be here in no time! With the building permit application submitted for the building of the new Coquitlam YMCA, we can expect shovels in the ground by late 2019. The Coquitlam YMCA will be built in the Burquitlam area at Cottonwood Park in partnership with the City of Coquitlam.
